Harts Fabric has been in business since 1969. We have been here a long time because we keep our customers happy. We guarantee 100% satisfaction on all items sold online. Unfortunately our return policy does not extend to special orders, and patterns.
We are only able to accept returns over 1 yard.
You must obtain a return authorization number within 30 days from your original order date for a refund.
Step 1. Obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER from us via email within 30 days of your original order date. Your email must include your name, original order number and the reason for your return.
Step 2. We will email you back with your RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
Step 3. Pack up your purchase and send it back to us with your NAME, RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER and the ORIGINAL ORDER NUMBER found on your invoice.
Step 4. Upon receiving the returned items, we will credit back your purchase to the original credit card less shipping. Easy....huh?
Returned fabric must be in good, resell-able condition. To keep the fabric in "good, resaleable condition":

Let us know what's wrong, pack it back up, send it to us, and we'll make it right.
Note: No returns on fabrics purchased in the Retail Store, where you can see and feel the fabric before you buy.
Machines can be returned if they are unused and unopened within 30 days of the purchase date. Customers must contact email@example.com to obtain a return authorization number prior to returning. Machine returns without a return authorization number will be refused.
Unfortunately we are only able to offer returns on Sunbrella orders over 7 yards. To better insure that you are getting the perfect Sunbrella for your project, feel free to email us with sample swatch requests at firstname.lastname@example.org.
